Overwatch Imagining - Supporting Gorge Robotics

Special thanks to Overwatch Imaging for their generous sponsorship of $10,000 to support next year's competitive robotics teams throughout the gorge! With this funding, we are able to continue our robotics minigrant program for a 4th year. In the last three years and with a partnership with Gorge Technology Alliance, over 500 students from 12 schools have benefited from $47,000 in sponsorships! We're so grateful to Overwatch Imaging for ensuring this program continues to impact students and remove financial barriers for students and families to participate in robotics next school year!

Danny Cosgrove - 2025 STEM Educator of the Year

Danny Cosgrove was selected as the 2025 Gorge Technology Alliance STEM Educator of the Year, for his work leading a team at Columbia Gorge Discovery Center. Danny and his team focus on expanding STEM awareness across the Gorge by leading immersive, hands-on learning events—including Maritime Career Days, Natural Resources Career Day for middle schoolers, and the Discovery Center’s popular Grossology event, a one night celebration where students “get gross, get messy, and get curious” through interactive science activities.
